These terms govern the use of the website of Gal Rossabi Mor Law Office (“the Firm”, “we”) at gr-adv.co.il. By accessing the site you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
This page is the English counterpart of our Hebrew site terms. Where the two differ, the Hebrew version governs.
1. The content is information, not legal advice
Everything published on this site – articles, guides, answers to common questions, case summaries and video – is general information only. It is not legal advice, it does not create a lawyer-client relationship, and it cannot take the place of individual advice on your own circumstances. Law and case law change, and an article that was accurate when written may no longer be. Do not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of anything on this site without speaking to a lawyer about your specific matter.
2. Contacting us does not make you a client
Sending an enquiry through the site, booking a meeting or writing to us by email does not by itself create a lawyer-client relationship, and does not oblige the Firm to take on your matter. That relationship begins only once we have confirmed it in writing and an engagement agreement has been signed. Until then, please do not send us confidential or privileged material.
3. Intellectual property
All material on this site – text, design, images, video, logos and marks – is owned by the Firm or licensed to it, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view the site and download or print material from it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, alter, publish, distribute, publicly display or make commercial use of any of it, remove proprietary notices from it, reverse-engineer any part of the site, or reproduce it on another server, without our prior written consent.
4. Permitted use of the site
You agree not to use the site in a way that interferes with its operation or with other users, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it, and not to use automated means to collect information from it other than standard search-engine indexing.

The site is provided “as is”. We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of its content, or that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm and anyone acting on its behalf will not be liable for any damage – direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise – arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

This site is published in accordance with the Bar Association Rules (Advertising), 5761-2001. Nothing on it is an offer or a solicitation, and no result described here guarantees a similar result in another matter – every case turns on its own facts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the site or from these terms.
