Welcome to the website of Gal Rossabi Mor Law Office (“the Firm”, “we”). We are committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who uses this site and we operate in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13, which came into force on 14 August 2025.
This policy is the English counterpart of our Hebrew privacy policy. Where the two differ, the Hebrew version governs.
1. Information we collect
When you use this site we may collect:
- Information you give us directly through a contact form, a callback request or an appointment booking – your name, phone number, email address and the content of your message.
- Technical data needed to serve the site, such as your IP address, browser type and language or region setting.
- Usage information collected through cookies and analytics tools, and only after you have consented to them.
You are not legally obliged to give us any of this information. Providing it is voluntary – but without contact details we cannot reply to an enquiry.
2. Why we use the information
- To answer enquiries and provide legal services.
- To improve the site and adapt it to how visitors actually use it.
- To measure traffic and performance, subject to your consent.
- To meet obligations imposed on us by law and by the rules of the Israel Bar Association.
3. Cookies
When you visit the site, cookies may be placed on your device. Cookies let the site recognise your device on a return visit, remember settings and preferences, and improve your browsing experience.
Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function are always set. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site’s cookies in your browser, and you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings – though blocking some of them may affect how parts of the site work.
4. Automatically collected information
In some cases the site and the service providers acting on its behalf may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to collect information automatically while you browse or when you interact with our email correspondence. This is used to personalise the browsing experience, improve site performance and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. These technologies operate only within the scope of the consent you have given.
5. Analytics
Subject to your consent, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads (via Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. Clarity collects anonymous interaction data such as scrolling, clicks and usage patterns; it does not identify you personally and is used for statistical analysis only. Information on how Google collects and uses data is available at Google’s policy page, and you can opt out of Google Analytics entirely with Google’s browser opt-out add-on.
6. Social networks and embedded content
The site links to our official pages on social networks such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Those platforms may collect information about your activity in accordance with their own privacy policies. The site may also embed widgets, videos and other features supplied by social networks or third parties, which may place cookies on your device.
7. Children
This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about them, except where this is required as part of providing legal services in accordance with the law.
8. Who we share information with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in the following cases: where the law requires it; where it is necessary in order to operate the site and handle your enquiry, and then only with providers bound to protect it. The providers we use are:
- Supabase – the database that stores enquiries submitted through the site’s forms.
- LeadConnector (HighLevel) – the appointment-booking widget embedded on the site. The details you enter when booking are processed by that service.
- Microsoft Bookings (Outlook) – used to schedule property viewings from our property pages.
- Monday.com – used to manage incoming enquiries and track our response to them.
- Make (Integromat) – used to move data securely between the systems above.
- FixDigital CRM – used to store and manage client enquiries and records.
- Google and Microsoft – for the analytics described in section 5, subject to your consent.
Some of these providers operate servers outside Israel. Where that is the case, the transfer is made under the safeguards required by the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Transfer of Information to Databases Abroad), 5761-2001.
9. Information security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), systems are kept updated, and access to personal information is limited to those who need it. No system can guarantee absolute protection, but we take the measures that are accepted practice for a database of this kind.
10. How long we keep information
Personal information is kept for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for any further period required by law or by the professional record-keeping duties that apply to a law firm. After that it is securely deleted. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
11. Your rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law you have the right to:
- ask what information about you we hold, and receive a copy of it;
- ask us to correct information that is incomplete, unclear or out of date;
- ask us to delete your information;
- ask us to stop using your information for direct marketing.
To exercise any of these, write to gal@gr-adv.co.il or call 077-804-2514. We will respond within the period the law allows. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may also complain to the Privacy Protection Authority at the Ministry of Justice.
12. Links to other sites
The site may link to external sites that we do not operate. Your use of those sites is governed by their own privacy policies, and we recommend reading them before providing personal information.
13. Changes to this policy
This policy may change from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
