מתי ניתן לערער על פסיקה?
כמעט תמיד ניתן לערער על פסיקה.
ההחלטות בבתי המשפט מתחלקות לשני סוגים: החלטות ביניים (דנות במשהו פרטני בתוך ההליך)- עליהן בדר״כ ניתן לבקש רשות ערעור. ופסקי דין עליהם יש זכות לערער פעם אחת.
לאחר דחיית ערעור, ניתן במקרים חריגים ביותר, לקבל רשות ערעור נוספת.
